Seven local residents attended out Community Engagement Event on 20th August at the Queen Margaret Union building at Glasgow University. Attendees engaged in an open discussion regarding investment plans for their homes and the outcome of the recent Future Services Survey.
There was an interesting discussion regarding keeping access to staff via visits and phone calls, with some concerns noted that housing associations seem to be moving more to digital communications.
