Following the successful launch of our repairs service partnership with Bell, we are pleased to confirm the next stage in our service delivery.

From 1st June, residents should contact Bell directly to report repairs both during and out-with office hours.

There are a number of ways to report a repair to Bell:

If you require an emergency repair out with office hours, please refer to our Emergency Contact Numbers.

When reporting a repair please ensure you have the following information available:

• Your name and address 
• Your telephone number (if you have one)
• The required repair with full information of the issue and provide photographs if possible, and if it is communal or internal to your property 
• How and when the contractor will get access to your home. 

How long will my repair take be be fixed?
Your repair is categorised into one of the following:

• Routine (to be completed within 10 working days)
• Urgent (to be completed within 3 working days)
• Emergency (to be completed within 6 hours)

At the time of the telephone call, Bell will confirm anticipated repair timescales, the proposed contractor attending and whether or not this is a Statutory Right to Repair. Further information on the Statutory Right to Repair scheme can be found here.
