Email the Property Services team at rservice@glasgowwestha.co.uk. You can also use out contact form here or through your customer portal account. Please note the online forms and emails are only monitored during office hours and should not be used for reporting emergencies.

Visit our office at 5 Royal Crescent to report the repair to one of our team.

When a repair is reported, we will decide if the repairs requires a Property Services Officer to visit in the first instance to investigate the issue or if the repair can be issued directly to a contractor.
At the time of the telephone call, we will confirm anticipated repair timescales, the proposed contractor attending and whether or not this is a Statutory Right to Repair. Further information on the Statutory Right to Repair scheme can be found here.
