All tenants have a Statutory Right to Repair. This means that we must complete certain qualifying repairs within the maximum timescales. If we don’t, you are entitled to compensation. If the contractor fails to attend within given timescales, you are entitled to contact another contractor nominated by GWHA, depending on the nature of the work.

When you contact us, you will be advised if your repair qualifies and we will provide you with information on the primary and secondary appointed contractors.
