Relief Facilities Services Operative (Multiple Vacancies)
12 hour shift patterns (subject to service needs).
TAS 2/3 £21,349- £25,478 (Pay award pending)

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to support our Estates Team, actively assisting and supporting the delivery of sustainable tenancies and neighbourhoods, with a focus on Estate Services and the protection of property investment and assets, with flexibility to reflect organisational priorities, change, and our 2028 vision.
The successful candidates will demonstrate, excellent communication, multi-tasking, and proficient IT skills. If you would like to develop, or already have skills and/or experience in the following areas we would like to hear from you:
1. Providing effective frontline customer service to those looking to access our services.
For example: Neighbourhood patrols, desk based reception services, call handling, CCTV monitoring.
2. Primarily based at one of 3 sites covered by Concierge Services undertake a range of facilities type duties
For example: effective cleaning of common areas, litter picking, and waste management.
3. Undertaking security patrols across the sites, ensuring effective security presence, incident monitoring and reporting, internal escalation to line managers / summoning appropriate 3rd party services as required.
4. Minor ad-hoc repair works, as required e.g. unblocking a chute, graffiti removal, change a lock, light bulb etc, turn off a stop cock. Painting of common areas within concierge serviced sites.
5. Support to wider Estates and Central Office Services, including promoting Health & Safety Compliance, and alignment with our Policies & procedures.
