Working with our new Close Cleaning and Ground Maintenance contractor Ramora Facilities Support, GWHA Estates Team have completed site visits to all our properties to inform the mobilisation of the new contract.
Close & Window Cleaning
Following valuable resident and staff feedback in relation to the standard and performance of the initial close and window cleaning Ramora have taken the positive action and introduced a new team to our contract. All properties have received a full service over the last 3 weeks. The performance and standard of the service being provided will be closely monitored in partnership with the Ramora Management Team.
Grounds Maintenance
Ramora have completed a phased catch-up programme, concentrating on soft landscaping such as grass cutting, and will be working on the full schedule from this month onwards. Ramora have indicated that a recovery phase is required within our backcourts which may take 3 or 4 visits to bring your areas up to the standard we expect. Residents can expect to see noticeable improvements over June & July.
We fully recognise the importance of clean, vibrant, and well-maintained communal spaces, particularly as we move into the summer months. Please be assured that this is a priority for us.
