We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced highly motivated individual to join our Tenancy Team in the post of Services Officer. 


As Services Officer you will take charge of processing tenancy management requests, handle rent collection and recovery and support the wider team in the delivery of all tenancy services functions. 


The successful candidate will have a relevant housing qualification and/or experience, have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, be performance driven, demonstrate a high level of customer service, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.  


A summary of key tasks include:


1. Responsibility for all tenancy frontline services, within delegated authority levels

2. Processing tenancy management requests (joint tenancy, permission to reside, assignation, sub-lets) in accordance with policy/procedures

3. Implementing rent collection/recovery procedures to preparation of compliance sheets/NOPFROP

4. Liaising with Sheriff Officers and attending tenancy recovery

5. Liaising with tenants and other relevant agencies regarding rent collection/recovery (e.g. Trustees/CAB etc)

6. Supporting the Services Team in the delivery of all tenancy service functions including anti-social behaviour, managing tenancy terminations, housing allocations and tenancy sign ups. 

7. Participation in reporting and contribution to ARC and other corporate returns and publications.

8. Supporting the delivery of Corporate Plan and Team initiatives and representing the Association at Events.
