Repairs Manager

Gary joined GWHA in July 2024 as the new Repairs Services Manager bringing a wealth of repairs and maintenance experience. Gary has an SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating and has over 20 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gary has spent the last 5 years working as a Technical Officer within a local authority. Gary has operational leadership and direction of services including; void management, response repairs, customer satisfaction and contract management.

Thomas Cree
Property Services Officer

Thomas joined GWHA in November 2020. He has worked in social housing since 2017 and his experience in construction and maintenance spans over 20 years. As part of the Property Services Team, his responsibilities include repairs inspections, void management, and overseeing medical adaptations.

Ciaran O'Grady
Property Services Officer

Ciaran joined GWHA in May 2014, after working in social housing for a year prior. Ciaran started as a Repairs Assistant at GWHA before transitioning to assist GWEN, our factoring subsidiary. In October 2022, Ciaran took on the role of Property Services Officer. He recently completed his CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Maintenance and Asset Management. As a Property Services Officer, Ciaran is responsible for managing the void properties, medical adaptations and inspecting repairs within your property.

Craig Webster
Services Assistant (Repairs)

Craig joined GWHA in February 2024. He has extensive background knowledge in customer services and administration whilst working both in the public and private sectors. Craig has transitioned back to social housing and is currently undertaking the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. As part of the frontline services team, Craig’s responsibilities are managing all completions, raising work orders, raising repairs and assisting the Property Services Officers with everyday tasks and being the first point of contact between GWHA Repairs and the Property Services Officers for all enquiries.
