GWHA recognises the importance some tenants will place on keeping pets. You must obtain our written permission before obtaining pets and complete a Pet Registration Form.
Please note that GWHA will not permit any application to keep a dog specified under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

Tenants are responsible for the behaviour of their pets and must ensure the pets are supervised, kept under control and do not cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. This includes fouling, noise and odours from pets. Dogs must always be kept on a lead in common areas and not allowed outside a tenant’s property unaccompanied.
