Jen McCann
Tenancy Services Manager

Jen joined GWHA in April 2018, as the Team Leader, bringing a wealth of customer service experience. Jen has a postgraduate diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling and began the Tenancy Services Manager role in October 2023. As Tenancy Services Manager, Jen has operational leadership and direction of services: including housing advice, void management, rent setting and collection, tenancy management and sustainment.

Megan Blair
Tenancy Services Team Leader (temporary)

Megan joined GWHA in September 2021, after completing a master’s degree (MSc) in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling. Megan is passionate about social housing and providing excellent customer service. Megan is currently covering the frontline services Team Leader role after working predominantly in Tenancy Sustainment and Allocations. As Team Leader, Megan supports GWHA's frontline services team in delivering customer service excellence.

Laura Clapperton
Tenancy Services Team Leader (maternity)

As Team Leader, Laura supports GWHA's frontline services team in delivering customer service excellence. Laura is currently on maternity leave.

Timothy O'Rourke
Services Assistant

Tim joined GWHA in October 2017. Tim has a wealth of customer service experience in both the public and private sector.  He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Glasgow. As a member of the frontline services team, Tim has responsibility for addressing GWHA customer’s queries relating to Allocations, Tenancy Management and Repairs.

Doireann Brennan
Services Assistant

Doireann joined GWHA in March 2024. Having worked in a various customer service roles for many years, she chose to undergo a degree in Sociology and Social Policy as she wanted to make a positive impact from a social advocacy perspective. Doireann made the transition to social housing in 2024. As part of the frontline services team, Doireann has responsibility for addressing GWHA customer’s queries relating to Allocations, Tenancy Management and Repairs.

Kyle Cheldon Barnett
Services Assistant (temporary)

Kyle joined GWHA in March 2024. With an extensive background in customer service, Kyle made the transition to social housing in 2024 and is currently undertaking the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. As part of the frontline services team, Kyle has responsibility for addressing GWHA customer’s queries relating to Allocations, Tenancy Management and Repairs. 

Cerys Mackenzie
Services Administrator

Cerys Mackenzie joined GWHA in March 2024. With a background in customer service, Cerys made the transition from student accommodation to social housing in 2024 and holds a HNC in Business and Administration. As part of the frontline services team, Cerys will be a first point of contact for GWHA customers for both call-handling and reception.

Nicola Thomson
Services Administrator

Nicola joined GWHA in April 2024, having worked in social housing for the past 15 years. Nicola has her CIH Level 3 certificate in Housing Practice and HNC in Health & Social Care. As a member of the frontline services team, Nicola will be first point of contact for all GWHA customers for both reception and call handling.

Lynsey Henderson
Services Administrator (temporary)

Lynsey Joined GWHA in February 2024, with experience in Customer Service, Administration and Facilities Management. After many years across these areas, she decided to change career and transition into social housing and is undertaking the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. As a member of the frontline services team, Lynsey will be first point of contact for all GWHA customers for both reception and call handling.

Elaine Giles
Services Officer

Elaine joined GWHA in October 2002 as a Housing Administrator following 10 years working within the National Health Service in Administration with an extensive background in customer service. She has SQA Housing Administration Level 1 and 2. Over the years, Elaine’s housing career has progressed and she has gained experience and knowledge working within GWHA as a Maintenance Assistant, Housing Officer, Tenancy Management Co-ordinator and currently a Tenancy Services Officer with a leading role in the Allocations team.

Sam McAuley
Services Officer

Sam started with GWHA in September 2023, initially as a member of the frontline services team as an Administrator, before moving to Tenancy Management, as a Services Officer. Sam has over 10 years of experience in both Housing and Housing Benefit and has achieved his Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3. In his current role Sam manages tenant enquiries and provides support with all aspects of rent accounts and tenancy management.

Jonathan Campbell
Services Officer

Jonathan joined GWHA in June 2011 as part of the second stage transfer from GHA. With over 17 years of housing experience with Registered Social Landlords, Jonathan has mainly worked within rent and benefits.

Thomas Aiken
Services Officer

Thomas joined GWHA in June 2011 as part of the second stage transfer from GHA. With an extensive background in housing dating to 1998, Thomas has mainly worked in customer service and tenancy services. As part of the Tenancy Services Team, Thomas is responsible for tenancy enquiries and requests and assisting tenants with rent-related matters.

David Williams
Services Officer

David Williams joined GWHA in October 2022. With over 16 years of housing experience with Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities, David manages GWHA’s anti-social behaviour cases as well as tenancy sustainment issues. As part of the Tenancy Services Team, David works closely with Police Scotland, Glasgow City Council and the NHS to ensure residents are supported in their tenancies.

Scott Burke
Services Officer (Welfare Rights)

Scott joined GWHA as our primary accredited Welfare Rights Officer in October 2023. Scott has established and demonstrable experience in the third sector for almost ten years. At GWHA, Scott draws on his extensive experience to provide a holistic service, providing support with benefits, funding, energy and debt advice, and is also actively pursuing collaborative projects with other organizations within our community.

Trina Sharp
Services Administrator (Welfare Rights)

Trina Joined GWHA as part of our Welfare rights team in April 2024. Trina has established various roles throughout her career, most recently as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Marie Trust, an organisation Trina worked with for 18 years. With demonstrable experience in homeless prevention, addiction advice, crisis-intervention, welfare rights and employability support, Trina continues to provide a person-centred holistic service: providing support advice with benefits, funding, energy and grants, along with linking our tenants into other services and organisations within our local community.
