The Rules are the constitution of GWHA and all decisions and actions must be consistent with, and comply with them. GWHA Rules are based on SFHA Charitable Model Rules (Scotland) 2020. The Model Rules have been approved by the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR), The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and approved by members at GWHA’s Special General Meeting held on 25/08/20.
