Our Consumer Panels are a key part of how we listen to tenants and involve you in shaping the services you receive.
We normally hold up to three panels each year, bringing together a voluntary group of tenants who’ve told us they’re interested in taking part. Meetings take place either in our office or remotely, making it easier for more people to get involved in a way that suits them.
Panel topics are chosen each year based on what’s happening across our services and what we’re working on as part of our wider plans. We also take into account feedback from tenants and any issues or challenges that might be affecting you or the communities we serve.
