Our Approach to Tenant Engagement

At Glasgow West Housing Association, tenant engagement is central to how we shape thriving communities and deliver services that truly reflect our tenants’ priorities.

Each year, we publish a Service Engagement Plan outlining the many ways you can get involved — from our Annual Tenant’s Conference and rent consultations to newsletters, consumer panels, community events, and more.

Whether it’s through in-person conversations, online surveys, or simply staying informed via social media, there are a range of opportunities to connect with us, share your views, and influence the decisions that matter to you.
