Following successful procurement and contract award earlier in the year, your new Environmental Services contractor idverde were unable to commence works as planned on the 1st of April. 

As Scotland starts a phased move out of lockdown we continue to monitor and interpret the impact of Scottish Government guidelines on the services that we provide. Working with idverde, ensuring observation of Covid-19 health and safety guidelines for residents and operatives, we have developed a 2 stage restart plan, effective Monday 15th June. 

The initial focus of the visits will be related to waste management, while at the same time developing a recovery and works plan to bring the landscaping elements, such as grass-cutting, up to standard (where applicable).  

We are pleased to welcome idverde to the Glasgow West Team and ask you to observe routine social distancing guidelines while they work in your area. Getting things back to normal will take time and we thank you for your patience and co-operation.
