Our contractors continue to attend to Emergency Repairs & have now resumed a routine repairs service. Emergency response times should be as close as possible to ‘normal’ however, whilst we recover from the backlog of routine repairs, these will be at the earliest opportunity. We anticipate that response times will be impacted initially whilst our contractors work through the backlog of outstanding works, and would appreciate your continued patience.

When a repair is reported, we will decide if the repairs requires a Property Services Officer to visit in the first instance to investigate the issue or if the repair can be issued directly to a contractor.
At the time of the telephone call, we will confirm anticipated repair timescales, the proposed contractor attending and whether or not this is a Statutory Right to Repair. Further information on the Statutory Right to Repair scheme can be found here.
