Glasgow City Council’s (GCC) Planning Applications Committee is considering the proposal for the development of 46 one and two bedroom flats, specifically suited to older people.
The new development, just off St George’s Cross, will replace a derelict hostel built in 1961, which is currently owned by GCC. All going well, the completed flats (which will be divided equally between GWHA and Queens Cross Housing Association), will be available for occupation late 2022.
