If you live in a property with 3 or more bedrooms and would consider a move to a smaller property that better suits your needs, you may be eligible to take part in the Glasgow City Council Housing Transfer Incentive Scheme.

The scheme offers a range of incentives to help you move, including:

  • Assistance with current rent arrears
  • Assistance with re-chargeable repairs
  • Removal costs
  • Disconnection / reconnection of appliances
  • Decoration, floor and window coverings for your new property
  • Broadband set up costs
