We’re holding a series of Senior Staff Surgeries across 2026/27 to give tenants the opportunity to speak directly with Glasgow West Housing Association’s senior team about the issues that matter to them.

Senior Staff Surgeries are informal, drop‑in sessions where you can ask questions, raise concerns, or share feedback about your home, your neighbourhood, or GWHA’s services. There’s no presentation and no formal agenda – just straightforward conversations.

You can attend any surgery, regardless of where you live. No booking is required.

Following each surgery, we will publish a clear “You said, we did” update, showing what was raised, what actions have been agreed, and what will happen next.
