We have recently appointed GD Chalmers Ltd to carry out EICRs within our properties. This inspection is to ensure the electrics are safe within your property and we are legally required to carry them out every 5 years.

If your property is due it's next inspection, you will receive a letter from us to advise of this. GD Chalmers will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment.

As a responsible landlord, we would ask that you make every effort to allow access for this work when contacted by GD Chalmers. These works are essential to ensure your home complies with the law and current health and safety standards.
