Living in a flat can at times be challenging, but, it can also very rewarding when neighbours living in the close or level, work together to make their environment the best it can be.
GWHA Estate Management carry out regular inspections of all properties to ensure everyone is doing their bit to keep their close or landing clean, clutter free and are disposing of their household waste and recycling in the correct manner.
We continually monitor the performance of the contractors we employ to carry out close cleaning and garden/back court maintenance on our behalf and encourage residents to give us their thoughts on these services.
