347_GWEN Logo.jpgGlasgow West Enterprises as factor, will instruct repairs to the common areas of your block within our delegated authority.  It is your responsibility as a homeowner to make sure the common parts of your building are kept in a good condition and we are here to help you do this.   If you see something requiring attention it is important to say something.   It is best to report repairs as soon as possible as this may prevent further damage your property. 

Should you be aware of the need for repairs to the building, you should contact us as soon as possible to help minimise damage and mitigate increase in cost.  Where there is an emergency affecting the common parts, out with our normal office hours, you should contact the “Out of Hours” contractors, details for which are on our office answer-machine and link below.

Our response times and contact details are set out in your Annual Information Statement. You can also report repairs online through your customer portal account. If you don’t have access to your owner’s portal and it sounds of interest click here to register.  Please remember to include your name, full address & email address you would like to use for your account.

As a homeowner, you are responsible for all repairs within your private property.
