We will ensure the fabric of the building is maintained and insured, regular inspections and cyclical maintenance programmes will be carried out. Common repairs will be identified by our Property Services Team's, these repairs will be recharged to owner occupiers as stated in the Deed of Conditions.

For owners factored by Glasgow West Enterprises invoices are issued quarterly in May, August, November & February. Management fees and Insurance are charged in advance all other charges are retrospective.  Contractor invoices can be viewed at the office by appointment.

For Owners still Factored by Glasgow West Housing Association invoices are issues half yearly in May & November.
