If you are Reporting a Repair then please advise in the message what date is suitable for access and whether morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) is preferred.  Certain repairs you report to us will be qualifying repairs.  Please click on this link for further information on your Statutory Right to Repair.

Please note if your inquiry is an emergency repair please refer to our out of hours emergency contacts.  The Out of Hours service is available for emergency repairs only.  An emergency repair is where there is risk to health, safety or security, or where a delay may result in significant damage to the property.

If you contact an Out of Hours contractor for a repair that is not an emergency, you will be recharged the full cost of the call-out, often in excess of 150.
