Glasgow West HA a have appointed Nixon Ltd to carry out a rebuild valuation on all properties between 6th – 17th Feb 2023. The surveyors may require access to a small sample of properties to accurately assess its valuation, you will not be required to be present for this. All consultants will be wearing a yellow high visibility vest and will have the appropriate identification, it would be much appreciated if you could allow access to allow completion of this project where required.
