Your Annual Information Statement should be read in conjunction with our 'Written Statement of Services'.  It provides specific information relating to your block and property.  The Annual Information Statement includes:

  • Your apportionment (%) of costs for common repairs
  • Insurance Information (Levels of cover, excess amount etc.)
  • Our Level of Authority to Act
  • Service Information, response times & contact numbers
  • The balance on your account on date of printing
  • What contact details we have on record for you
The Annual Information Statement is issued to new owners and re-issued to every owner annually along with the February Factoring Invoice.
