How do I report a repair?

Please telephone our Property Services department on 0141 331 6652 or complete our contact form on the link below if you wish to report a repair required in your home.  You can also report repairs through your Glasgow West Online Customer Portal.

What we will need to know:

  • The nature of the problem and when it started.
  • Your name, address and contact number and.
  • Times when you can provide access to your home.

How long will my repair take be be fixed?

Your repair is categorised into one of the following:

  • Routine (to be completed within 10 working days)
  • Urgent (to be completed within 3 working days)
  • Emergency (to be completed within 6 hours)

Certain repairs that you report to us will be qualifying repairs.  Please click on this link for further information on your Statutory Right to Repair.
