In November 2019 we issued our Homeowners Survey via Survey Monkey. Due to a low response rate, the survey was re-issued via post and email in February 2020, generating a combined total of 38 responses from our 580 factored owners. Thank you to those who took the time to complete our survey –your feedback is gratefully received as it helps us to review & improve the services we provide.
