Self-Insurance

A very small number of properties (mostly commercial units) choose to self-insure.  Should you hold your own buildings insurance policy, please contact us and submit a copy of the policy to us.  Your policy must also cover your share of the common area.  If your policy is not submitted within 14 days of renewal we will have no choice but to add you onto our insurance policy and charge you the appropriate amount.  We will only credit back the charge from the date the copy of the policy was received by us.
