8 October 2020 (held virtually)

13 owners attended our virtual annual conference held on 8th of October, attendance was lower than last year’s event but given not all owners have internet access it still made the conference worthwhile.  

The topics below were addressed on the night via PowerPoint presentation during the Zoom conference call.

• Covid-19 Restrictions and impact - how this affected our service delivery. 
• Cyclical Review of Charges has now been undertaken and owners will be notified of proposed changes to current charges.
• Gas Safety Awareness and Opportunity to sign up for GW contract.
• Satisfaction Survey Findings, report also available on our website.
• Update on Property Factor Act review of Written Statement of Services.
• Projects Service Achievements over 2019/20 (works undertaken and proposed common works) 
• Common Area Investment / Planned Service Procurement and Service Plans.

Owners were reminded about our incentives on offer for prompt payments and payment by direct debit.
