Glasgow City Council has taken the decision to close 10 of the 16 entrance points to Kelvingrove Park for the rest of the summer, in a bid to ensure the safety of park patrons and the emergency services, to reduce the issues of antisocial behaviour and deter large gatherings within the park. They advise residents to witness any anti-social behaviour to report it at the time to allow the police, and other agencies, to respond efficiently. Antisocial behaviour issues can be reported to Police Scotland on 101 or 999 in an emergency. You can also use the Council’s online services.
