Our central office and concierge stations are closed, and the majority of our staff are homeworking in line with Government advice. All but essential concierge services are suspended until further notice; and we anticipate ongoing disruption in our service standards and response timescales. Examples include Freedom of Information requests and complaints. We will not be collecting mail delivered to our offices, and you should therefore contact us as outlined below. 

Below is some key information for you:
  • Our contractors will attend to Emergency repairs only and they will do so at the earliest opportunity. A repair is an emergency if a delay in attending to it could represent a significant risk to health, safety or security, or could cause significant damage to property. The Statutory Right to Repair is currently suspended.
  • To report an Emergency Repair during normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm) please call 0141 331 6652, or call City Building directly on 0800 595 595 if you already do this. 
  • If your emergency repair is outwith normal working hours, please call City Building on 0800 595 595. This number is freephone from landlines and mobiles.
  • Routine close cleaning and environmental services (inc back court / garden maintenance) are currently suspended. Feedback will be monitored closely.  Emergency biological clean-up is still available. If you have any queries about the service you can contact our Estates Services Team using the email below.
  • All non-urgent enquiries/repairs and correspondence, including complaints, should be directed as under-noted.

  • If you do not have email/internet access, leave a voicemail message on 0141 331 6650 and a member of staff will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).  
  • There are no planned changes to the Local Authority refuse collection arrangements at this time. Bulk uplift services have been suspended since 23/03/20. To ensure Fire Safety in the common areas of your home please keep stairs/ landings and basements clear of bulk items. 
  • If you become aware of something that is a hazard please call 101 for advice, and send an email to our Estates Team. 
  • If you are concerned about the health and welfare of a neighbour, please let us know. 
  • Email us on admin@glasgowwestha.co.uk if you have recently changed your contact details.
