With changing demographics, and a shift in lifestyles over the last two years, the time is right for us to now engage with you to determine your future service needs, priorities and aspirations. With this in mind we have now advertised for a consultant to help us gather the information we need from you to ensure our service delivery remains ambitious and fit for purpose as we move towards (and beyond) our 50th anniversary in 2028.
All tenants will be invited to participate in the Future Services Survey, and the information and feedback you give us will be absolutely essential in helping us shape both the services we provide, and how we provide them.
We will provide further information once we have appointed a consultant (around late August), and in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
