As part of our drive towards Customer Service improvement we are reviewing our Contractors Code of Conduct Statement.
Last week tenants were involved in a discussion around key priorities with the key themes being:
• Enhancing communication from contractors before works commence.
• Setting out reasonable expectations for the behaviour and cooperation of tenants during works.
• Increasing awareness and benefit of providing constructive feedback towards service improvement once works complete.
We will now consult with the primary contractors we use, with view to it becoming a shared vision for our services.
