It is our duty as a registered factor to provide each homeowner we manage with a written statement of services, setting out, in a simple and transparent way the terms and service delivery standards of the arrangement in place between us and the homeowner.
Our Statement is written in accordance with the requirement of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and its associated “Code of Conduct”.
The Written Statement of Services should be read in conjunction with the accompanying “Annual Information Statement”. Your Annual Information Statement contains specific information relation to you and your property within our managed block.
