Our central office at 5 Royal Crescent will be closed Monday 1st - Friday 5th of November 2021 due to COP-26 impact.

With the anticipated disruption to local authority refuse collection, road and public transport networks around the Anderston and Finnieston areas, our repairs and services contractors have been preparing to ensure that while the services may not be as expected, the impact to our service users is mitigated, and recovered as soon as possible. 

Our staff will be available, our staff are still available to provide advice and support. You should contact with us to report repairs and to discuss factoring matters, including any concerns you may have about payment of factoring charges:
