After a home owners meeting on 24 October the majority of owners voted to proceed with the first phase of partial modernisation of the lift by replacing the lift control system. This meeting and vote was necessary before we could proceed with the work.
The tender process has been completed and we have a contract in place. We will instruct works on 26 October and the work is due to be completed on 10 December. We will meet with the contractor to explore ways to shorten this timeline.
