Thank you for taking the time to come along to our 17th Annual Tenants Conference (ATC) on 21st January. Your contributions through the surgeries, the evaluation forms, and open forum discussions all inform our decisions on future priorities and services and are very much appreciated.   Our Management Committee meeting on 24th January 2017 considered the feedback from the ATC and the responses sent directly to the office, welcoming the support for the 2.5% increase proposal which incorporated provision for the introduction of a few new initiatives during 2017/18.  The 2.5% increase will now be applied from the 28/03/17 for all rents set directly by GWHA, and will influence our proposals for registered rents.
